Know your measurements. Find your fit.
Check the specific garment
Customers must review garment measurements before ordering. Fit and measurements can vary between garment styles and production partners; a size label is not a universal measurement. Compare the product’s measurements with a garment you already own. If a product has no measurement chart, contact orders@flappjax.com before purchasing.
Between sizes?
If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up. Consider the fit you prefer and the measurements of the particular garment rather than relying on age, height or a usual size alone.
Size selection and your rights
Incorrect size selection is not a product fault. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for incorrect size choice or other change-of-mind reasons. A wrong supplied size, inaccurate description or materially different product is a fault or fulfilment issue, not simply a change of mind. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain protected.
