Cookies & Tracking

Last updated: October 2026

What these technologies do

Cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technologies can store preferences, support sessions and carts, measure website performance and, where used, help personalise content or advertising. These technologies may collect device, browser, IP address and activity information. Read the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.

Functional and preference technologies

Functional technologies support essential services such as security, account sessions, carts and checkout. Preference technologies can remember settings or choices. Shopify and hosting services may use technologies needed to operate the store and checkout; the Flappjax website also uses browser storage for cart and session features.

Analytics and performance

Where used, analytics and performance technologies help measure visits, identify errors and improve the website. They may be supplied by Shopify, Google or other providers. Availability and use depend on the services enabled, and applicable notice and consent requirements apply.

Advertising and retargeting

Where enabled, advertising or retargeting tools from Google, Meta/Instagram, TikTok or other providers may help measure campaigns, personalise advertising or show relevant ads after a visit. Mentioning these platforms does not mean all of their tools are currently active. Non-essential technologies are subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Your controls

You can manage, block or delete cookies through your browser and manage site data or local storage through browser settings. Where site cookie controls are available, use them to review or change your choices. Blocking essential technologies may affect sign-in, carts or checkout. Browser controls may not cover every tracking technology; advertising providers may also offer their own privacy and ad-preference controls.

Questions and privacy rights

For tracking questions or privacy access, correction or complaints, email orders@flappjax.com with “Privacy” in the subject. See our Privacy Policy for recipients, purposes, cross-border processing and further rights.

Changes to this policy or terms

FLAPPJAX PTY LTD reserves the right to amend, update, replace or withdraw its website policies, terms, conditions, procedures, promotional rules and customer-care information, including Cookies & Tracking, from time to time at its discretion and without individual prior notice, subject to applicable law. This is subject to applicable privacy and data-protection laws, including any requirements to provide notice or obtain consent. Material changes may be communicated separately and will be communicated where required by law.

When updates take effect

Any updated version will take effect when published on the Flappjax™ website, unless a later effective date is stated.

Your existing rights remain protected

Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove or reduce rights that have already arisen under an existing order, contract, Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Changes will not unfairly alter completed orders. Publication of an update does not itself constitute consent to new uses of personal information or tracking. Where required by law, we will provide notice and obtain consent before those changes are implemented.

Review the current version

Customers are encouraged to review the current version of the relevant policy or terms before placing an order.
