Sale pricing
Temporary sale pricing may apply to selected products or collections. Sale pricing is the displayed product price during the offer, rather than a promo code. Specific offer terms and eligibility apply. Sales may be changed, extended, suspended or withdrawn subject to applicable law, without unfairly altering completed orders or reducing accrued rights.
Later price reductions
A later price reduction does not automatically create a right to a retrospective price adjustment, unless Flappjax chooses to provide one or applicable law requires it. Existing order and consumer rights remain protected.
Percentage promo codes
Promo codes provide a percentage discount for a short stated period, typically days. Each code can specify the percentage discount, start date/time, end date/time, eligible products or collections, minimum spend, maximum discount and usage limits. Refer to the specific offer for its time zone and conditions; if anything is unclear, contact orders@flappjax.com before ordering.
How to use a code
Enter the code at Shopify checkout within its stated period and check that the expected discount appears before placing your order. Codes apply only to eligible purchases and within stated limits. If a code is not working, check its terms or email orders@flappjax.com before completing checkout.
General code conditions
Unless otherwise stated: one promo code per order; codes are not combinable with another code; codes cannot be applied retrospectively; they have no cash value and unused value is not redeemable for cash. Codes may exclude sale items, shipping or selected products, as stated in the relevant offer.
Misuse and errors
Subject to applicable law, Flappjax may refuse a code or discount arising from misuse, duplication, fraud, technical error or breach of promo terms. Any action affecting an existing order remains subject to contractual and statutory rights; this clause does not authorise unfair retrospective changes.
Faults, sales and your rights
Sale or promo-code purchases have the same applicable Australian Consumer Law protections as other purchases. No change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds are offered, including for incorrect size selection, but this does not restrict remedies for faults or incorrect fulfilment. Changes to this policy or terms
FLAPPJAX PTY LTD reserves the right to amend, update, replace or withdraw its website policies, terms, conditions, procedures, promotional rules and customer-care information, including Promotions / Sales / Promo Codes terms, from time to time at its discretion and without individual prior notice, subject to applicable law.
When updates take effect
Any updated version will take effect when published on the Flappjax™ website, unless a later effective date is stated.
Your existing rights remain protected
Changes will apply prospectively and will not remove or reduce rights that have already arisen under an existing order, contract, Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Changes will not unfairly alter completed orders.
