A little care. Longer-lasting prints.
The care label comes first
We recommend all customers take care in the ongoing wellbeing, care and maintenance of printed apparel. Always follow the specific garment care label and instructions; those instructions take priority over this general guidance.
Wash with care
Wash at the recommended temperature with like colours. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Follow any product-specific washing instructions and avoid excessive heat, which can affect fabric and printed artwork.
Drying and ironing
Avoid tumble dryers where possible and air dry where practical for longer-lasting prints. Do not iron directly over printed artwork unless the garment instructions permit it. Follow the care label for any permitted ironing temperature or drying method.
Wear, care and faults
Normal wear and damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions are not automatically manufacturing faults. This does not exclude Australian Consumer Law guarantees or remedies. If you believe an item is faulty, email orders@flappjax.com with your order number, a description and photos where possible.
