Purchase is not a licence
Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright, design rights, trade mark rights or other intellectual property. It does not authorise you to reproduce the artwork, manufacture merchandise or commercially exploit our designs.
No unauthorised reproduction or commercial use
Without prior written approval, you must not copy, trace, reproduce, adapt, digitally extract, print, manufacture, distribute or license our protected artwork or designs; use them for commercial resale, derivative merchandise, third-party manufacturing or advertising; or represent yourself as an authorised retailer or licensee. These restrictions apply to use of our protected intellectual property and are subject to any rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be excluded.
